How quickly can Alice be live on my phones?

Most clients are live within 5–7 business days of signing. We handle all the setup — you just answer a few questions about your business and we do the rest.

What happens if Alice can't handle a call?

Alice knows her limits. She can warm-transfer to a staff member during business hours, or send an immediate SMS alert after hours with the caller's details and a summary of their issue.

Do I need to buy a new phone number?

No — we can port your existing business number into the system, or provision a new one. Either way, customers call the same number they always have.

Does this work for multi-location businesses?

Multi-location support is available on the Pro plan. Each location gets its own Alice configuration, scheduling, and inbox — all under one account.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel with 30 days notice and we'll help you export your data.

What if my call volume exceeds the plan limits?

You're billed for overages at $0.08/minute for voice and $0.012/message for SMS. We'll notify you if you're consistently going over so we can move you to the right plan.
